Director

My background in Vodafone, BNZ, Telecom and Westpac put me in prime position to navigate my way through the GFC, talent shortages, changes in technology and the social media landscape. All these things combined have produced an exciting and dynamic market for businesses to operate in, and social media has bought my love of marketing, human behavior and technology to the forefront.

Moving from marketing to recruitment in 2000 I gained my initial experience in agency recruitment then transitioned inhouse in 2004 and continued to grow my recruitment and HR skills. Being naturally inquisitive and an early adopter of technology and trends allowed me to utilize the tentacles that social networking provides to tap into new talent, innovate in student grad programs, develop social media sourcing, executive search strategies, global resourcing and most recently enriching workplaces through diversification and Maori Graduate programs.

More recently I have held leadership roles from broad ranging recruitment to specific HR project work, employment branding and workforce planning. My passion for helping businesses grow has drawn me out of the corporate world into my own business, Human Nature Ltd.
